janie's granola

1 cup oats
1/2 cup sweetened coconut
1/2 cup sliced almonds
3 T oil
2 T honey

(get creative with your ingredients...add raisins, dried cranberries, or other things to your liking! you may have to increase the liquids accordingly.)

mix all ingredients together. spread evenly onto ungreased jelly roll pan. bake at 350 for 2o minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.

let cool. store in air tight container. enjoy!
