Egg Nog Bundt Cake

Cake

4 T butter

1 box yellow cake mix

1.5 cups eggnog

2 eggs

1 t rum extract or maple flavoring

1/8 t nutmeg

1. Beat all ingredients above in large bowl for 2 min. Batter will be thick.

2. Pour into greased bundt pan

3. Bake at 350 for 40-50 min.

4. Glaze bottom of cake while it is still in the pan.

5. Let cool for 15 min.

6. Pop it out and pour glaze over top.


Glaze

2 cps powdered sugar

2 T butter melted

3 T eggnog (or more depending on consistency)

1 tsp vanilla

pumpkin yum

1 lg can pumpkin (29 oz)
1 c brown sugar, packed
1 lg can evaporated milk (12 oz)
3 eggs
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt

1 yellow cake mix (pillsbury pudding in the mix)
1.5 sticks butter
1 c nuts

mix together first set of ingredients. pour into greased 9x13 pan. then sprinkle cake mix over mixture. melt butter. drizzle over cake mix. bake at 350 for 1 hour. last 10 minutes, sprinkle nuts over it.

suzy q's: cream filled chocolate sandwiches

sandwiches:
2 boxes of devils food cake mix
4 eggs, beaten
2/3 cup vegetable oil

preheat oven to 350.
mix above ingredients and roll into 1" balls (no larger than that!)
put balls on cookie sheet and flatten with 2 fingers.
bake 8-10 minutes, just until they are slightly indented. (you don't want to dry them out!)
cool completely.

filling:
1/2 cup butter
3 cups powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

cream butter.
add powdered sugar and vanilla.
spread mixture on one cookie.
top with another cookie.
refrigerate.
devour.

pam's peach cobbler

2 cups fresh peaches (unpeeled). slice and coat with 1/4 cup sugar and let stand.

8 Tbsp butter
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk

melt butter in 2 quart casserole dish. combine sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk. pour over butter. spoon peaches on top. bake at 325 for 1 hour (maybe a bit less).

fruit dessert squares

1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
assorted fruit

slice dough into equal portions, bake cookies according to directions. let cool completely.

combine cream cheese and sugar; mix until blended. spread onto cookies. top with assorted fruit.

refrigerate until chilled...then devour!

nicki's totally yummy cinnamon rolls

Can of crescent rolls (8)
Cinnamon and sugar mixture
1/4 cup of melted butter
8 medium/large marshmallows

place the marshmallow in the middle of the crescent triangle and wrap the marshmallow in the dough. Pinch the sides so that all sides are closed and marshmallow is sealed inside the dough.

roll the dough ball in butter and then cinnamon and sugar. bake according to the crescent roll directions (on the can).

layered ice cream cake...from the duggars

you know, the family with 17 children...

Makes a 9”x 13” Pan

24 Ice cream sandwiches
8 oz. Cool Whip™
1 Hershey’s™ chocolate syrup bottle
1 Smuckers™ caramel syrup bottle
2 king size Butterfinger™ candy bars chopped up

1st layer -12 ice cream sandwiches
2nd – half of whipped cream
3rd - half of Butterfinger™ bars, Squeeze 1/2 of caramel &
chocolate over that.
4th - rest of ice cream sandwiches
5th – Cool Whip™
6th - rest of Butterfinger™, caramel & chocolate
You can freeze this and eat as desired! Yummy! Yummy!
